Acceptance of the copy of the credentials of the Ambassador of the Portuguese Republic

On October 21, 2026, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Farrukh Hamralizoda received newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Portuguese Republic to the Republic of Tajikistan (with residence in Astana) Mr. Jose de Castro Ataide Amaral on the occasion of presenting the copies of Credentials.
During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the current state of bilateral relations and other issues of mutual interest.
The First Deputy Foreign Minister congratulated the Ambassador of the Portuguese Republic on his appointment and wished him success in diplomatic activity in Tajikistan.
